Our maintenance plans help you prevent most of the problems with the plumbing system. A well maintained and regularly inspected plumbing system will never burst into unexpected problems and costs
What problems and costs can you avoid by subscribing to a maintenance plan?
- Leaks and water damage can be very costly and unpleasant if a pipe bursts or a valve fauls
- Higher costs to book a plumber in an emergency situation, having to wait while an emergency plumber gets to you
- Having an emergency, you risk to choose a plumber that may not be very well trained, may not have all the tools
- or the emergency plumber may not be able to find the best solution for you (if you have a more special tap or a odd-sized pipe, even the best plumber will have to improvise if it is night, bank holiday or the required part is not available at store).
What are the benefits by subscribing to a maintenance plan?
- We can spot most of the problems before anything happens - we have a clear testing and evaluation procedure of the plumbing system. If anything is not ok, you will find in our report that we hand you at the end of the inspection
- These inspections can be booked in advance, at a time of your convenience
- If you decide to solve some of the problems before becoming an emergency, we can book a day at your convenience. So you will not have to pay
- All of the new parts changed under maintenance contracts will be right, at the correct price. We can look for parts in advance, order if something is more unusual or hard to source
- 10% off for any invoice during the contract!

- Reserved calendar slots for next-day interventions. - We are quite busy, but, for contracts, we do not book the entire day, we will keep a 3 hours slot for contract clients, just in case they have an emergency. So, instead of putting you on the waiting list, we can come to you right away, or next day.
What plumbing problems can be spotted and solved before catastrophic, costly failure?
- Blocked valves or pipes that, if forced - or under pressure, can burst
- Slow flow of the water in sinks may be a hint for a future block, either in the kitchen, or, much worse, in the pipes that are on the ground or walls. We can find the source and solve it before you will have a problem in the middle of the night.
- Do you rent your property? How about imposing to your tenant to allow us to inspect the plumbing system before something bad happens? - we are the specialists that will make sure that everything is properly used
- How about a small tap that became loose due to continuos use, for years? We can fix it in a matter of minutes and you will not have to change the entire tap.
- A small leak that may denote a future rupture from a pipe in the shower or kitchen; if you have a water meter this is a costly problem

What preventive maintenance can be done?
Beside analysing and spotting potential problems, we can:
- fix loose pipes on the spot
- fix the fixtures or parts that became loose due to intensive usage or age
- change parts of the plumbing system that are too old (are not elastic anymore and can crack, etc) or have
- give you proper instructions on how to maintain the system and the fixtures, including what chemicals to use or avoid for cleaning or unblocking
- teach you how to use a plumbing emergency kit (a set of tools, tapes, etc, available here) - in case of emergency, reduce any damages by knowing how to do simple things like closing valves, using tape or towels, etc - kind of submariner training :), but that will keep damage to minimum.
